In the National Consumer ProtectionStrategy (STRANAS PK), there are 11 priority sectors which are the main focus of consumer protection in Indonesia. The determination of these priority sectors is based on the high number of consumer complaints and disputes, structural institutional problems, as well as current issues related to community needs. The logistics services sector is included in one of these priority sectors.</em></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>This research aims to identify the factors that cause problems in the logistics delivery services industry, improve company performance through improving key success factors, and provide appropriate solutions to resolve existing problems. The method used is Fishbone analysis to identify the root causes of problems using a structural approach, as well as multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS.25 to determine the relationship between variables.</em></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>The research results show that there are five main problems in fulfilling consumer rights in the logistics delivery services sector in Indonesia, namely: employee compliance, employee ability, work procedures, management support, and problem solving and compensation, The results ofmultiple linear regression analysis show that the independent variables have a significant positive influence on the dependent variable, both partially and simultaneously.</em></p> Andi Risaldi Asgap Yustiar Gunawan Copyright (c) 2025 Andi Risaldi Asgap, Yustiar Gunawan 2025-12-01 2025-12-01 35 4 10.37277/stch.v35i4.2391
