The architectural design process demands high time efficiency, especially in fast-paced projects such as Bank Mandiri branch offices. This study aims to analyze the time efficiency of using SketchUp compared to other design software at PT. Bangun Gagas Karyatama. The study used a qualitative descriptive method through observation and interviews with eight professional informants directly involved in the project. The results showed that SketchUp was considered the most efficient in the conceptual and early modeling stages due to its intuitive interface, simple work system, and relatively light hardware requirements, thus accelerating the design exploration and revision process. In the context of projects with tight deadlines, SketchUp provides a faster and more adaptive workflow in supporting design completion.
