As a tourist destination in East Java, Baluran National Park has actually experienced a decrease in the number of tourists, one of which is due to the pandemic factor that has hit for 2 years, therefore the Situbondo Regency Tourism Office is developing the Baluran National Park tourist area to re-attract interest in visiting Baluran National Park. Facilities, especially lodging, are an important factor in tourism development in Situbondo because they provide a resting place and also ensure the comfort of tourists who come to the Baluran National Park tourist attraction, especially the Bekol Savannah area. But currently there are only 2 lodgings in the form of guesthouses in the Bekol Savannah area. Therefore, a Resort Hotel that is supported by harmony with nature is needed. Inspired by Situbondo's typical traditional house, the Situbondo Joglo House, a resort hotel building with a four-star type hotel with complete facilities as one of the accommodation facilities that can meet the needs of tourists and as a form of support in tourism development in Situbondo.
