Abstract

This research designs and implements an Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) control system for pertalite liquid levels using Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC) based on an ATmega2560 microcontroller with an Arduino board for controlling and monitoring liquid levels in tanks as well as temperature and pressure. The system uses an HC-SR04 sensor to measure liquid level and height, a DS18B20 sensor to measure temperature, a BMP180 sensor to measure pressure, a 12V SPDT relay to drive a 12V pump, and a 20x4 LCD to read the values of each sensor. The system is designed to improve the accuracy of monitoring and automatic control of liquid levels. The data obtained from the sensors is then processed using the FLC method to determine control decisions for the actuator in the form of a 12V relay that activates the 12V DC pump in the process of filling or emptying the liquid in the tank. The test results show an accuracy level of 95% in control using the FLC method, making it effective enough for use in monitoring and controlling liquid levels in tanks.
